Terms of service
In effect from publication. This page is a translation. The French version is authoritative.
Scope
These terms govern services provided by Anna Teterkina EI, trading as Bureau des Surfaces, to businesses and public bodies. They do not apply to consumers.
Report
Anyone may request a report on the home page, at no charge and without an account. It is provided as is, with no commitment on availability or results. Its rules and their limits are published.
Consultation, quotes and orders
Each consultation is quoted in writing with its purpose, length, price and date. Quotes become orders once accepted in writing and stay valid for thirty days.
Prices
Prices are in euros, excluding tax. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Payment
Invoices are issued after the consultation and payable by bank transfer within thirty days of the service date.
Late payment incurs, by law, interest at three times the legal rate and a fixed €40 collection fee, under articles L. 441-10 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code. Public bodies follow the payment terms and default interest of the French Public Procurement Code, with the same €40 fee.
Nature of the service
Each report describes the observed pages on the date of observation. It is neither a conformity audit under RGAA, nor a conformity assessment under the EU AI Act, Regulation 2024/1689, nor legal advice. On its own, it does not support an accessibility statement.
Consultations cover reading a report and ordering the fixes. They are neither a conformity audit nor legal advice.
Observation of pages
Only public pages are observed, by the crawler releve-observe. It reads robots.txt first and obeys it, requests one page at a time, submits no forms and keeps nothing once the report is sent. To block it:
User-agent: releve-observe
Disallow: /
Through the form, a robots.txt that blocks access is always obeyed. For a consultation, observing a site despite its robots.txt requires the owner’s written consent.
Through the form, nothing is kept. When a consultation involves personal data, the Bureau acts as the requester’s processor under article 28 of the GDPR: it keeps only what the report requires and deletes captures and extracts on the date agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
