Bureau des Surfaces
The desk dates surfaces.
It does not fix them, certify them, or grade them. It records what a surface displayed at a dated hour, and hands over the record.
The desk keeps dates, not surfaces.
Doctrine
The desk dates a surface, delivers the record, and shreds its copy. It keeps only its own dates. The state of your surfaces is your affair; the record of them is your property.
Method
Every record is deterministic: a SHA-256 chain sealed with an RFC 3161 timestamp. You receive the full archival set. The desk keeps nothing.
The offer
The desk keeps four cells — the sample, the counter, the observation, the field. The full offer: /offer/.
